Fat Loss Funnies - One Thing I Still Can't Believe

By Brad Howard Platinum Quality Author
With all of the hoopla over losing weight and nasty bodyfat, it's hard to believe that some people actually feel like they don't deserve to lose weight. What are some of the reasons?

The Setting

How many people have you ever seen that start to lose a few pounds and then make comments like:

* It's only temporary
* It must be the stress I'm under
* It must be water weight

Well, instead of keeping on with whatever they were doing right, these people just chalk it up to being a fluke. Heck, this occurs even if the person has been REALLY trying to drop a few lbs.

For these people, this really occurs when the weight just isn't failing off fast enough.

(Yet, another reason to ditch the scale and get your body fat measured).

Many times, the first two weeks of any program can be more of a "reorganization" so to speak. Your muscle-mind connection gets stronger and you tend to gain strength rather quickly.

Metabolism gains are beginning and for many people, the "feel good" period has begun.

Look, just because things aren't progressing as fast as you want, take heart. Things are happening. Remember, the tortoise wins this race, not the rabbit.

It's the consistancy of doing SOMETHING that will win over the sporatic doing of the RIGHT THING. I repeat, doing something that's almost right all the time will win over you doing something that is right some of the time. Think about that for a second.

So keep your head up, keep chugging, and great things will happen... I guarantee it.

Brad Howard's SmallAssForSale.com delves into the "meat and potatoes" of all of the misinformation generated by the diet and fitness industry today. He has an interesting review of Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle you need to read.

Are you looking for the true "Secret" to weight loss? There is one, and it's located within a report at The Secret to Weight Loss
